Copyright & DMCA Policy

EverywhereTV respects the intellectual property rights of broadcasters and rights holders. This page explains how we respond to copyright concerns and how to submit a takedown request.

What EverywhereTV is

EverywhereTV is a channel directory and discovery index — not a broadcaster, stream host, or content provider. The site aggregates publicly available stream URLs sourced from the open-source iptv-org project and links users to those external streams. EverywhereTV does not upload, store, transcode, or retransmit any video or audio content on its own servers.

Because EverywhereTV functions as a link aggregator and directory, we operate in a manner consistent with the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent international frameworks.

Sports and premium league content

EverywhereTV indexes stream links that may include broadcasts from sports leagues, federations, and premium rights holders — including but not limited to the Premier League, NFL, NBA, UEFA, and similar organisations. These rights holders retain full ownership of their broadcast content.

The presence of a stream link on EverywhereTV does not constitute an endorsement, authorisation, or representation that viewing a particular stream is legally permitted in your jurisdiction. Stream availability is determined entirely by the originating broadcaster or stream provider, not by EverywhereTV.

If you are a rights holder and believe a link on EverywhereTV points to an unauthorised stream of your content, please submit a takedown request below. We will act promptly.

How to submit a DMCA takedown request

To request removal of a stream link you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name, organisation (if applicable), and contact information (email address and mailing address).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or broadcast you claim is being infringed.
  3. The specific URL(s) on EverywhereTV that you believe link to infringing content (e.g. the channel card or stream URL visible in the player).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-notifications

Counter-notifications must include your name, address, phone number, identification of the removed link, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error, consent to jurisdiction in your federal district, and your signature. Send counter-notifications to the same address listed above.

Repeat infringers

EverywhereTV will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, remove links associated with sources that are the subject of repeated, verified copyright complaints.
